Our purpose for processing your personal data is to seek your views on the draft content of our project ExplAIn guidance in order to inform its further development.

If you are responding to our consultation we’ll need your name, contact details and where relevant the organisation that you work for. We will also process any other personal data you choose to provide in your response to the consultation questions.
We will use your name and contact details to contact you if we have any questions about your response.
We may publish a summary of the consultation responses and, in some cases, the responses themselves. Published responses may be attributed to an organisation where this information has been provided but will not contain any personal data.
This consultation is being conducted in partnership with The Alan Turing Institute and your contact information and response will be shared with them. The consultation period is 2 December 2019 - 24 January 2020. We’ll keep the personal data you provide for 12 months.
