Certification schemes register

UK GDPR certification is different from the registration certificate issued when organisations register with the ICO and pay a data protection fee. To pay a data protection fee, please visit our Data protection fee page.

We have approved the following criteria according to Article 42(5) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

How to use the register

You can search the register by entering the scheme name or the scheme criteria reference number. Each entry contains the scheme criteria, approval date, contact details of the scheme owner and any contact details for UKAS accredited certification bodies.
