In the first quarter of 2025-2026, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust’s compliance rate for responding to requests was running at 53%. The Trust has taken and continues to take steps to recover its performance, however, and the Commissioner has designed the following recommendations to support and enhance the Trust’s plans to improve its information rights practices.
