The complainant requested specific information in relation to proceedings in a named Employment Tribunal case from HM Courts and Tribunal Service (“HMCTS”). 
The Ministry of Justice (“MoJ”) denied holding the requested information.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the information sought by the complainant is not held by the MoJ and that the MoJ is entitled to rely on section 3(2)(a) (public authorities) of FOIA.
The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
