The complainant sent a request for information about the Council's Job Evaluation Scheme. The Council provided information in scope of the request stating at internal review that all information held had been provided. 
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold further information in scope of the request. However, he finds that in failing to provide its response within 20 working days, the Council breached section 10 of FOIA.
No steps are required as a result of this decision.
