Cherwell District Council

The complainant requested information about temporary accommodation. Cherwell District Council (the “council”) disclosed some information and withheld the names of smaller accommodation 
providers under the exemptions for Health and Safety (section 38(1))  and commercial interests (section 43).  The Commissioner’s decision is that the council correctly relied on section 38(1) to withhold the information.The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
