The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) denied holding the requested information for the purposes of FOIA (section 3(2)(a) (public authorities)). The Commissioner’s decision is that the requested information is not held by the MoJ for the purposes of FOIA. Nor does he find any procedural breaches in its handling of the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
