The complainant requested information relating to a professional job evaluation scheme. City of Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) provided some information, and stated that further information was not held.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold further information falling within the scope of the request. 
However, in failing to provide the information that it does hold within 20 working days, the Council has breached section 10(1) of FOIA. 
The Commissioner does not require further steps.
