Department For Education (DFE)

The complainant made three requests to the Department for Education (DfE). The first two requests concerned DfE’s response to an e-petition and the third concerned its response to a parliamentary question. The Department for Education (DfE) relied on section 14(1) of FOIA (vexatious request) to refuse the requests. The Commissioner’s decision is that DfE was entitled to rely on section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse the requests. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
