Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust

1.    The complainant requested information from Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust  (“GOSH”). The Commissioner’s decision is that GOSH was entitled to refuse to comply with the request in accordance with section 12(1) (cost limit) of the FOIA.
2.    He also finds that GOSH provided reasonable advice and assistance and therefore met its obligations under section 16(1) of the FOIA. 
3.    The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
