The complainant has requested information regarding the performance of training providers delivering HGV Skills Bootcamps. The Department for Education (DfE) refused the request under section 43 of FOIA. 
The Commissioner’s decision is that the DfE was entitled to engage section 43(2) to withhold information in scope of the request and the balance of the public interest favours maintaining the exemption in this case. 
The Commissioner does not require any steps as a result of this decision.
