The Commissioner’s decision is that on the balance of probabilities the trust has disclosed the recorded information it holds surrounding the dates the CQC was informed of the complaint and its outcome. He is also satisfied that on the balance of probabilities the trust does not hold a written report. The Commissioner does not require further steps to be taken.
