The complainant has requested from the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (the Trust) information relating to employees accused, arrested or investigated for child sexual abuse. The Trust provided some information but withheld other information applying section 40(2) FOIA – personal information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority has correctly relied on section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold the information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
