The complainant has requested DfE to disclose details of any communications, correspondence or meetings between Lord Waheed Alli and Bridget Phillipson between 4 July 2024 and the date of their request. DfE confirmed that it does not hold any recorded information. The Commissioner’s decision is that on the balance of probabilities DfE does not hold any recorded information. He has however recorded a breach of section 10 of FOIA, as it failed to respond to the request within 20 working days of receipt. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
