The complainant has requested information relating to meetings on carbon capture from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). The Commissioner’s decision is that DESNZ breached regulation 14(2) of the EIR as it failed to provide its refusal notice within 20 working days. The Commissioner does not require DESNZ to take any further steps.
