The complainant has requested statistical information on referrals to social services by Kisharon Noé School (the school). The school has relied on section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse the request on the basis that it is vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the school was entitled to refuse the request under section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any further steps to be taken as a result of this decision notice.
