The complainant requested document, guidelines, policies and procedures
relevant to the Emerging Needs Pathway (ENP) from London Borough of
Wandsworth (the Council). The Council provided some information in response
to the request but said that it did not hold information to some parts of the
request.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities the Council
does not hold information within the scope of the request and has therefore
complied with section 1(1) of FOIA.
The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further steps in
relation to this complaint.
