The complainant requested information from London Borough of Haringey (“the Council”) relating to a valuation report and details of various board meetings. The Council disclosed some of the requested information, however it refused to disclose the remainder citing sections 36(2)(b)(i) and (ii) and 43(2) as a basis for non-disclosure.
