The complainant made a request for
information relating deprivation of a person’s British citizenship. The request was made on 21 January 2022 and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has failed to provide a response. The Commissioner considers that the MOJ has breached section 10 FOIA in the handling of this request. The Commissioner requires the public authority to provide a response to the request in compliance with FOIA.
