Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

In two requests, the complainant has requested information broadly concerned with particular minutes and advice.  Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (‘the Trust’) has refused to comply with the requests under section 14(1) of the FOIA because it considers the requests to be vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requests are vexatious and that the Trust is not obliged to comply with them.  The Commissioner does not require the Trust to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2016/0251 dismissed.
