The complainant has requested information relating to results of tests done to identify types of meat and fish used in food products. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) refused to disclose the requested information under section 31(1)(g) with subsection 2(a) and (c), section 38(1)(a) and (b) and section 43(2). The Commissioner’s decision is that the FSA has correctly applied section 31(1)(g) with subsection 2(a) and (c) to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken as a result of this decision notice.
