This impact assessment sets out the benefits and costs associated with the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (the Addendum), the Transfer Risk Assessment (TRA) guidance and tool. For the purpose of this impact assessment, these are referred to as the IDTA toolkit.
