Two new employment guidance pieces out for consultation

We are producing an online resource with topic-specific guidance on employment practices and data protection. We are releasing our drafts of the different topic areas in stages and adding to the resource over time, and two new pieces of guidance are now out for public consultation:

• Keeping employment records
• Recruitment and selection

You can find more information on how to respond to each consultation on the links available in both pieces of guidance. Both consultations close at 5pm on 5 March 2024.
