Advice services for large businesses and organisations

Website

There are lots of tools and guidance on our website that provide answers to many of the enquiries we receive, and we are adding to these all the time. We are asking all organisations to start their journeys online as this can be the quickest way to get the information you need.

Find the answers to your questions quickly in our guidance and online resources.

Business Advice Helpline

If you are not able to find the answer to your question on the website, call the ICO helpline on 0303 123 1113.

Business Advice Livechat

Our experience has shown us that if your question requires an in depth discussion then the helpline is your best option.

If you choose to contact us via livechat, and your question is considered too complex for livechat, or requires the adviser to respond to multiple questions, then you will be signposted to an alternative means of communication.

Our livechat service is not suitable to answer questions about a personal data breach that your organisation may have experienced

Talk online with one of our team via live chat:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
