The complainant has requested information about Section 5A road traffic toxicology and drugs analysis at Hampshire Scientific Services. The Forensic Science Regulator disclosed some information and withheld the remainder under sections 36(2)(b)(ii), 36(2)(c), 40(2) and 41 of FOIA. These exemptions concern prejudice to the effective conduction of public affairs, personal data and information provided in confidence, respectively.
