The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) confirmed it held the requested information but refused to disclose it, citing section 31(1)(f) (law enforcement) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the MoJ was entitled to rely on section 31(1)(f) of FOIA to withhold the information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
