The complainant expressed dissatisfaction with the response and considered that further information was held. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, following the disclosure during his investigation, Yorkshire Water has now provided the information it holds falling within the scope of the original request, and within scope of the follow-up questions.
