The complainant has requested particular probate related information concerning letters of administration. Ultimately, during the course of the Commissioner’s investigation, the Ministry of Justice (the ‘MOJ’) denied holding the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the MOJ does not hold the requested information for the purposes of FOIA for the reasons set out in this notice. No steps are required as a result of this decision.
